What we collect

• Account details— your name, email and phone number, created when you sign in (with Google or email & password).
• Saved addresses — only the delivery addresses you choose to save.
• Order details — the items, amount, and the contact and address you gave for that order.
• Your cart stays in your own browser and is never sent to us until you place an order.

How we use it

Only to run your orders: to process and deliver them, to contact you to confirm details, and to show you your order history. We do not use your details for advertising.

Where it’s stored

Account, address and order data is held securely in our database (Supabase) with row-level security, so only you — and Pure Plate — can see your information. Payments are handled entirely by our gateway, Razorpay — your card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and never reach our servers, so we do not store any card details. We keep only Razorpay’s payment reference for that order, so we can match it to your purchase and process a refund if one is needed.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser’s storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and cache your profile and addresses so pages load quickly. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share only what’s needed to fulfil your order — for example, your address with a delivery partner, and your name, email and phone with Razorpay so it can process your payment and send you a receipt.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile and addresses any time from your account. To request a copy of your data or have it deleted, email us at pureplatev@gmail.com.
