Our products

Pure Plate sells home-style South-Indian food products. Ingredients and allergens are listed on every product page — please check them, especially for nuts, milk, wheat and mustard. Product photos are indicative.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of taxes, matching the MRP on the pack. We may update prices and offers at any time; the price shown when you order is the price that applies.

Orders

You’ll need an account to check out. We confirm every order with you before dispatch, and we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or an address isn’t serviceable) — in which case you won’t be charged.

Payment

We accept online payment by UPI, credit and debit card, and net banking. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Razorpay — your card and banking details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us.

A small handling fee is added to online payments to cover the gateway’s charge. It is shown separately at checkout before you pay, so you always see the exact total in advance. Your order is confirmed only once the payment succeeds; if a payment fails or is interrupted, no order is placed and any amount debited is returned by your bank.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Let us know at once if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Intellectual property

The Pure Plate name, logo, text and images belong to Pure Plate Foods and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Always follow the preparation and allergen guidance on the pack.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
